Michael R. O’Brien, Chairman of our Estate Planning/Probate Department, has been working in this area since 1975. In addition to his Juris Doctorate Degree, he has a Master of Business Taxation Degree from the University of Minnesota, has taught the Estate and Gift Tax course in the University’s Master of Business Taxation program and has lectured at numerous continuing legal education seminars and other seminars and meetings.
